Administration
Memberships are not refundable or transferable, but with production of a valid doctors note can be frozen for a period of 6 months before payment restarts.
Photo ID cards (i.e. student card or drivers license) must be shown upon request.
Shared gym access with a non-member will result in forfeiture of membership effective immediately.
Utopia Gym & Fitness staff reserve the right to rescind the rights of members not complying with the terms and conditions of the membership.
